ہائے چنچی ہائے !!‌

ہمارے ایک قریبی دوست کو عشق کا نہیں بلکہ عشق کرنے کا بخار چڑھا مگر انکو اپنی دال یونیورسٹی میں تو  غلتی دکھائ نا دے رہی تھی-  اب جب بھی وہ اپنے بقیہ کام یعنی مراسلوں کی تکمیل کی طرف بڑھتے تو انہیں لکھنے کے لئے کوئ خاص موضوع نہ ملتا  جو معاشرے کی تباہی کا باعث بن رہا ھو۔ ۔ چونکہ وہ دوست حادثاتی طور پر ابلاغ عامہ میں آٹپکے تھے تو انہیں زبردستی ھی لکھنا پڑرہا تھا اور جب بھی وہ کسی طرح اپنے انتھائ فارغ وقت میں سے اس کام کو اپنا وقت دیتے تو انکے ذہن میں یہ خیال جنم لیتا کے یونیورسٹی تک آجانے کہ بعد بھی انہیں عشق نہ ھوا؟ 
 اگلے دن جب وہ جامعہ جانے کی غرض سے اپنی کار میں سوار ہوئے ھی تھے کہ انکی نظر اپنی گاڑی کے آگے چلنے والے چنچی پر پڑی اور ایسی پڑی کہ بس تھم سی گئی اور وہ اپنے دل سے کہنے لگے۔۔۔ یہی ھے وہ جو بیٹھی تو چنچی کی پچھلی طرف کو ہے مگر گاڑی کے اندر محسوس ھو رھی ھے۔ ۔ ۔ اب آپ لوگ خود بتائیے کہ اگر کوئ شخص گاڑی چلاتے ہوئے اپنے دماغ آخر میں اتنی گہری سوچوں میں گم رھیگا تو اسکا کیا نتیجہ نکلے گا؟ جی ہاں آپ صحیح سمجھے۔ ۔ چنچی ڈرائیور نے رنگ میں بھنگ ڈالتے ھوئے اچانک اپنی سمت بائیں عور کرلی اور ھمارے دوست کی نظریں جو کسی حسین تخلیق پر جمی ہوئیں تھی اب اس کا سامنا منہ میں گٹکا دبائے ھوئے بس کنڈکٹر سے ھوا اور میرا دوست اس کنڈکٹر کے حسن کی تاب نا لاتے ہوئے سیدھا اس بس میں ہی جا ٹکرایا۔ ۔ اور جب میں اس سے ملنے ھسپتال گیا تو چپ چاپ بیٹھا کچھ لکھ رھا تھا اور جب مینے دریافت کیا تو غم زدہ لہجے میں کہنے لگا۔ ۔ ۔ مراسلہ لکھ رہا ہوں اور عنوان ھے "کمسن چنچی 
ڈرائیور" بس تب سے جو ھنسی شروع ھوئی وہ اب تک نہ تھمی ۔ ۔ ۔

 ستمبر22  2014 یعنی آج سے ٹھیک ایک برس بعد، کیا صورتحال ہوگی ھمارے وطن کی؟ کیا اسی طرح ٹی وی چینلز پر تجزیہ نگاروں کا ایک سمندر ھماری اسکرینز کے کناروں سے ٹکرا رہا ھوگا اور ان سب کا موضوع ایک سال قبل ہوا دھماکہ ھوگا جسمیں قریب 80 بےگناہ مارے گئے تھے؟ کیا ایک سال بعد بھی ہر سانحے کی طرح اس واقعے کے بھی ملزمان کی تلاش جاری ھوگی؟ کیا اسی طرح سول سوسائیٹی اپنی شمعوں کے دھوئیں کو فضائوں میں ضائع کرتی رہینگی؟ اور کیا ھم لوگ تب بھی دہشتگروں کے ساتھ اسی طرح‌چھپن چھپائ کھیلتے رہینگے؟ عوامی نیشنل پارٹی کی بندوق عمران خان صاحب کی حکومت اور پیپلز پارٹی کا حدف متحدہ ہی بنی رہیگی؟ اور عوام ان سب کے درمیان پس کر کیا اسی طرح‌ اپنے پیاروں سے بچھرتی رہیگی؟‌کیا ھوگا ایک سال بعد کون دیگا ان سوالوں کا جواب؟ 

کیا میں یا آپ ایک سال بعد ان سوالوں کے جواب جاننے کے لئے زندہ بھی رھینگے 
یا ھم لوگ بھی۔ ۔ ۔ ۔

This is not a Muslim’s Act  

From the last few months, there is a message which is being turning around on social websites and mobile phones about suicide attackers, that these only targets Mosques of different sects but not on events and places which are disliked by many in our eastern or Muslim culture and on the other hand, attackers in most of the cases pretend to be followers of Islam. It doesn’t mean that Islam allows attacks on places which are against its teachings, Islam gives a peaceful way of living and a lesson of harmony that even if someone is destroying ones cultural or religious values, a Muslim at first must do a dialogue with him and try to convince him for good or at least to keep bad practices to his own self, rather torturing or slay his or her life. Bravely speaking, if these terrorist are considering themselves as Muslims, then I feel sorry for them and surely will pray for their guidance because I can’t do anything more than that.

Time to wakeup team Pakistan

Team Pakistan loosing from young Zimbabwean side is actually cricket’s victory. After regaining their test team status, Zimbabweans looked sober in game and their spirit at the moment is at peak. The team members of Zimbabwean side gets only 20$ per day for match which are equal to about 2500 PKR whereas team Pakistan is highly rich on this area and gets many more than the poor Zimbabweans but if we compare the performance of our national side, they justly deserve 20$ a day! Except of few older players whose prayers and performances are actually running our test and one-day team somehow.

Many senior players who are playing first class cricket for more than ten years are in our test side but the way they played was not less than’ gully’ cricket i.e” irresponsible cricket.” On the other hand, young side played a mature cricket and was looking fully motivated for improving their test ranking to play against bigger teams than Pakistan like;  Bangladesh, Srilanka, Australia etc.

Alarming situation has come for team Pakistan to improve their basics and look forward for their future tours, which are against South Africa and Srilanka who are far better teams than young Zimbabweans and after that the mighty world cup which really needs preparation before entering the competition. Otherwise result will not be different from last two tournaments. 

Something to Cheer For.... "Pakistani's"

The  “near  to  die”  Pakistani  cinema  industry, finally  got  a  wall  to  hold  itself  from  a  complete fall.

The nomination of movie “Zinda Bhaag” in Oscar is a towering achievement of Lollywood and it has been said that Pakistan’s film industry is back in business.

 The industry which grasps more than 700 cinemas in past has only few more than hundred today.

Many reasons were been given for the collapse of industry by  film critiques and among them main reasons were the same theme of movies, which started in middle of the last century in the name of romance and after that “Gandaasa” culture ruled our cinema which turned people’s mind towards eastern side of the sub-continent i.e “Bollywood “, resulting a giant decrease in production of local films about 25 a year.

Ice was finally broke down when Shoaib Mansoor’s “Khuda Ke Lie” entered Pakistani cinema and after that a number of emerging actors, directors and producers stepped into the deep sea of film industry.

Shahzad Nawaz is also one of them whose “Chambeli, The Fragrance Of Freedom” released in April this year and succeeded in provoking thoughts  among  youngsters of the country. A new kind of script, idea and vision was picked up happily by Pakistani audience and they become hopeful to beat neighboring cinemas soon.

Furthermore the cooperation of ISPR in making movies like WAR, Operation 021 and Saaya-e-Khudaye Zuljalal which are ready to release, will give a rise to cinema and provide the sense among people of “what actually is going on around them.” But, we shouldn’t rely completely on movies based on the subject of “revolution” or “war against terror” otherwise it will not take time to turn this era into same which destroyed the cinema industry.

Al last there is something to cheer for Pakistani audience as their fully own movie is now nominated for Oscar… hurray!

9/11 1948 !

آج پھر سے دل رونے کو کیا جب میں انتظار کرتا رہ گیا ۔ ۔ ۔ پہلی خبر، پھر دوسری، پھر تیسری، چوتھی اور آخرکار نیوز 
ایڈیٹرز کو یاد آہی گیا کہ آج 9/11 کہ نام نہاد سانہے کہ علاوہ بھی ایک ایسی حقیقت کا اس ملک کو سامنا کرنا پڑا تھا جس کا اثر آج تک اس بدنصیب قوم پرتوشاید نہ صحیح مگر اس ملک پر ضرور ہے۔۔۔ قائدِاعظم مرحوم کو ہم سے بچھرے پینسٹھ سال بیت گئے۔ ۔ کوئ لاکھ کوشش کرلے مگر ہمارے دلوں سے مادرٍِِ وطن کی عظمت کو نہیں‌نکال پائےگا۔ ۔ مگر جب ہم خود ہی اپنے اندر سے اس عزت و احترام کے رشتے کو نکال باہر کرینگے تو پھر یقیناً رسوائ ہمارا مقدر بنے گی ۔ ۔
